To be eligible for a change of mind return:

Products must be returned unused and in brand-new, original condition with their original packaging. Returns of damaged or non-original condition items may be rejected or subject to further deductions from the refund.
Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order with your purchase details.
You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using Registered Post with tracking and insurance for valuable items, as we cannot assist with items lost in transit.

Faulty or defective returns

If your product has developed a fault or defect within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer an expedited exchange or replacement process.
To be eligible for faulty or defective return:
Ensure the product is free from physical or liquid damage, and includes its original packaging and accessories.
Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order with your purchase details, description of the issue, photos of the issue and any manufacturer case ID if applicable.
We will cover any return postage costs.
